Personal Training

I have been a personal trainer for 12 years and I find it tremendously rewarding to work one on one with people to achieve their fitness goals.

I always meet with each client before training begins so we can discuss their expectations and together find the best way for them to meet their individual goals.  It is extremely important that they have a program that fits their schedule and lifestyle to achieved their desired results.

Programs  include one or more of the following: resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility training and/or nutrition.
