Working Professionally for 14 years in the corporate world, Susan realized something was missing from her life. She has always loved sports and dance and decided to pursue a career as a full time fitness professional. Susan had already been teaching aerobics part time for 5 years, certified as both a group instructor and step instructor through AFAA making it an easy transition to a full time position. After continuous inquiries about personal training from her students Susan took the next step and became a personal trainer through AAAI.
Still, something was missing and Susan realized she needed a more spiritual approach to the way she both taught and lived her life. It was at this time Susan found yoga.
Susan began teaching hatha yoga 12 years ago and power yoga 9 years ago. She embraces all that yoga is and loves how it strengthens the body and calms the mind.
“I encourage my students and clients to find the balance that works for them. Practice acceptance and embrace challenge. These are areas we will work on together and perhaps change time to time to make it work with lifestyles and schedules. My passion is to help others enrich their lives through yoga, fitness, and strength training.
