Partner Yoga Workshop Coming Up!

Save the date:  Partner Yoga at Open Doors, Weymouth Landing, November 8th, 2:00 to 4:00.  You can sign up now and save your spot using mindbody.  Partner Yoga is all about trust and communication.  Some of the poses are done in teams of two, some require spotters who assist the base and the flyer.  You can sign up alone or bring a friend/significant other.  Every time I teach this workshop we have so much fun!  Here are some pictures from our last workshop.
